A non-profit recovery community center dedicated to supporting individuals and families impacted by substance use and mental health challenges in Oxford County. LLRC provides low-barrier access to peer-based recovery support services and resources in a welcoming, judgment-free space.

Our Mission:
A centrally located resource, information, and recovery center. We provide a nonjudgmental, safe place to find resources for Substance Use Disorder in mental health wellness with an all-inclusive agenda to assist in community wellness at no cost.

Our Vision:
LLRC’s vision is that every person within Oxford County affected by Substance Use Disorder will have access to comprehensive resources, at every stage of their recovery journey. By promoting harm reduction services, reducing stigma, and advocating for change, we envision a future where recovery is celebrated and every person can live a life of fulfillment and purpose.

What We Do:
Recovery Coaching: 1-on-1 peer support for adults, students, and incarcerated individuals.
Narcan Training & Distribution: Free community training and overdose prevention resources.
Resource Navigation: Helping individuals connect with treatment, housing, employment, and community support services.
Community Events: Recovery-friendly events, education, and outreach.
Meeting Space: Hosting a variety of peer-led recovery meetings.
