The Chamber sponsors The Christmas in the Valley Craft Fair the first Saturday in December at Mountain Valley High School. Crafters from all over Maine display their wares during the Christmas season. This fair has 56-63 crafters and is a juried craft fair so everything is either hand-made or home-made.
This is a craft fair not to be missed.
56 crafters and 7 home-based businesses will feature their crafts and wares.
$1 donation at the door will help provide food baskets for families of high school kids of Mountain Valley High.
Come early to pick up your holiday cookies at the always popular Cookie Walk where over 70 dozen will be on hand. The Kid’s Corner, under the supervision of a young adult’s group will run from 10-1pm. The children can come and play games.
Need a great Christmas gift? A basket filled with gift certificates/cards from local merchants and others is the raffle item. Over $500 in value. Raffle tickets are $5. These tickets will be available at the Christmas in the Valley table located near the door as you enter the gym. Proceeds from this go to the scholarship funds for Mountain Valley High & Dirigo High.
