Region 9 Adult & Community Education

Try something new this year and join us at Region 9 Adult Education for an enjoyable evening, or two, or three.

Learn a new skill or craft! We have our popular pizza and mozzarella cheese night, or try our new fried chicken and knife skills class. Trying to de-stress? We have yoga, needle felting, or copper forging. All three offer a great way to relieve tension and have fun doing it.

We also offer classes to help you change careers. If you know you want to be a Certified Medical Assistant or Medication Aide, you can enroll today. If you are not sure of what you want to do, participate in our Career Planning class and get some ideas.

One thing that went with the summer is our old website. Our new one should be easier to navigate and allows you to put all of your class choices in the shopping cart. There is a $2.00 convenience fee for each class done by our staff or online, but it is faster and easier than mailing in a check. We still take checks too!

Our wonderful staff is here to help you get your high school diploma. We can help you study for the HiSET or get the last credits you need to graduate.  With a short orientation session, you could be on your way to graduating in June, maybe a career too!
