Life Long Relationships are easy to come by when you "Say what you do and do what you say" Period.  I am  committed to being there in person, on the phone thru the internet at your home or business to make it easy.  Not only to earn your business but to be there if and when a situation arises. I have been a retail customer satisfaction, proactive salesperson my entire adult life. While in the US Navy (1981 to 1985) as a cook I learned just how important it is to not only have a quality product but that ultimately you need to deliver exceptional service. That carried over easily into the next half of my life which included Building single family homes, Then joining and managing the greatest Ford dealership In Maine (with a ton of help from the rest of my team) after that it was off to the lodging business. In 2005. Just as my wife Sandy and I signed the documents to buy Echo Lake and Cottages, literally the same day. April 15, 2005 I got the call.  The Insurance industry wanted me... State Farm Training started immediately. Wow what a ride.  oh yeah we were bakers too... We Baked cookies that we sold to mom and pop stores on my route that was 2 hours each way to Rumford From Wiscasset,  just to help pay for my fuel in the beginning.

My team here in Rumford is paramount to our success and they deliver exceptional service. Pamela Sharkey has been with me since day one.  She manages the office...  Paula Hall has been with me for 6 years now, She does everything. They are both local well known professionals in their field and they are very capable and willing to help everyone with all that State Farm has to offer.
